Guests can step outside and immediately find themselves surrounded by the atmosphere of the old town, making it easy to explore the historic streets and landmarks without relying on a car. Despite being so central, the property also provides a peaceful setting, with many rooms offering lovely views across the town, surrounding treetops and distant hills.

The rooms are designed with comfort and space in mind: generous size, attractive décor, comfortable beds and well-kept bathrooms. The mountain-view rooms are especially appealing, combining a comfortable interior with pleasant outlooks over Sigüenza and its surrounding landscape, and cleanliness is maintained to a high standard throughout.

Rooms

Three room types are available: a 20 m² double room with mountain views and a spa tub, a 15 m² economy twin room, and a 15 m² standard twin room with mountain views. All rooms have a private bathroom, heating, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

Facilities

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the property at no charge, and all rooms are non-smoking. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower, towels, toilet paper and free toiletries, and the double room additionally features a spa tub. Air conditioning and heating are provided, with individual climate control in the guest rooms, along with linens, a wardrobe and, in most rooms, a flat-screen TV. The property is entirely smoke-free, a restaurant on the ground floor serves breakfast and meals, and reception staff speak Spanish and can help with local recommendations. Please note that there is no on-site parking.

House rules

Check-in is from 13:00 to 21:00 and check-out from 08:00 to 11:00. Children of all ages are welcome and a crib can be provided free of charge for children aged 0 - 3 on request, subject to availability; extra beds are not available. The minimum age for check-in is 18, pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are respected between 23:00 and 08:00. Cards are accepted and cash is not accepted, while cancellation and prepayment conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.
